In 2023, Senior Students will have an early completion time one day a week. See the update below for year level specific information.
In order to be able to finish early, students must be on track to be passing every subject in their learning program. Students at risk will be required to stay at school until 3pm every day to complete additional courses to ensure success.
Year 12: Each Wednesday, students will finish school at 1.20pm. There will be no classes, except the Cert II Electro, running for Period 4.
On a Thursday, students will complete the Cert II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways.
ATAR students will also be offered seminars to assist with exam preparation on some Thursdays.
Year 11: Each Thursday, students will finish school at 1.20pm. There will be no classes, except the Cert II Electro, running for Period 4.
On a Wednesday, students will complete the Cert II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways.
This early completion plan officially takes effect from Term 1 Week 2, however any Year 12s who can arrange transport home at 1.20pm on Wednesday 25 January are permitted to leave. Students who are not able to go home will meet in the library for Period 4.
